Serve as the civil/structural specialist during project execution. Guide project teams on civil-related matters to maintain technical, financial, and schedule alignment. Take ownership of civil and structural design for smaller projects. Lead and oversee external civil design companies, ensuring quality and cost-effective results.
Including TBT’sEscalation of Specialist Vendor performance issues, detailing accurately the areas of performance concerns.Ensure technical / legislative updates are effectively communicated with all team members.Maintain minimum levels of resourcing onsite, support the arrangement of suitable cover/replacement.Liaise with the supply chain, when ordering M&E components for remedial works.management in line with the account training matrix.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting ability. Ability to diagnose, repair, and resolve mechanical or technical issues. Full understanding of technical drawings, layouts, and system schematics. Knowledge of on‑site safety standards and industrial equipment safety practices.
